Meet our practitioners
Krista started her healing journey in 1993 at the Institute of Culture and Creation Spirituality in Oakland, CA., where she attended various soul-transforming courses. She went on to become a certified massage and energy therapist through studies at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences in Colleyville, Texas, and the Massage Therapy Training Institute in Kansas City, Kansas. She has been doing bodywork and energy healing since the mid-’90s. She has been a Certified Clinical Hypnotist since 2012. Private instruction and healing sessions may be scheduled online.
Heath is an intuitive healer and has been with the studio since 2017. Beginning as just a student of yoga, he found a vibrant, welcoming community with Sacred Space Yoga. He is now both an SSY-certified Yoga Instructor and Energy Therapist, starting his new chapter with Healing Thymes Energy Coaching at SSY. Heath is proficient in a variety of healing techniques, including the Eden Method, Reiki, Chakra work, basic element work, and gentle touch (AKA nerve stroking). He also offers Oracle sessions and custom spells to further inform your own healing journey.

Bodywork & Energy Healing- Hands-on healing that supports: emotional release, nervous system regulation, pain relief, stress reduction, and energetic balance. $125 (discount packages available)

How long is a session?
Each session lasts for approximately 60 minutes. Your first phone consultation can last up to 20 minutes.
What is the cost?
One session is $125. Purchase three sessions for $300 or six sessions for $625 to receive a discount. Hypnosis is $200 for two sessions, which include session recording and Emotional Freedom Technique coaching. Email krista@ssyoga.com for more information.
