Alternative Healing
Krista has been doing bodywork and energy healing since the mid-’90s. She has been a Certified Clinical Hypnotist since 2012. Several unique healing services are offered at Sacred Space, including yoga, energy healing, hypnosis, somatics, and other classes designed to release stress and restriction. Private instruction and healing sessions may be scheduled online.
*Starting in 2025, healing sessions with Krista will be donation-based. We live in a time with incredible challenges and healing the world is the only way through. I only have 10 sessions available per week, most of which are weekday afternoons. No morning sessions are available. Please look at the studio schedule to know when I am not available. Donate what you can or what you think the value of the session is, depending on your finances.
The substance of our world is not solid matter. It is energy. In healing sessions, I speak to energy systems using the language of energy. You can learn to work with your systems as well, and I always teach new techniques to clients to take home and use. Healing sessions at Sacred Space usually comprise a combination of energy healing techniques including reiki, chakra work, element and meridian work, neurovascular work, and healing touch. Energy work is POWERFUL and can influence permanent changes. Bringing the body into a profoundly relaxed state not only opens the way for the body and its’ energy systems to bring about organic healing but at times can awaken a person to non-ordinary dimensions of being.

How long is a session?
Each healing session lasts for 60 to 90 minutes. Your first phone consultation can last up to 20 minutes.
