Alternative Healing
Krista has been doing bodywork and energy healing since the mid-’90s. She has been a Certified Clinical Hypnotist since 2012. Several unique healing services are offered at Sacred Space, including yoga, energy healing, hypnosis, somatics, and other classes designed to release stress and restriction. If you are interested in hypnosis, you can experience it in any meditation class. For more information about hypnosis or to schedule an appointment for guided hypnosis, contact krista@ssyoga.com, as consultation is needed before the session. Private instruction and healing sessions may be scheduled online.

The substance of our world is not solid matter. It is energy, and that energy is capable of making decisions with intelligence and consciousness. In healing sessions, I speak to energy systems using the language of energy. You can learn to work with your own systems as well, and I always teach new techniques to clients to take home and use. We have to teach our bodies to adapt to all the external advances around us as the world is shifting so quickly now! Healing sessions at Sacred Space usually comprise a combination of energy healing techniques including reiki, chakra work, element and meridian work, neurovascular work, and healing touch. Energy work is POWERFUL and can influence permanent changes. Bringing the body into a profoundly relaxed state not only opens the way for the body and its’ energy systems to bring about organic healing but at times can awaken a person to non-ordinary dimensions of being.

How long is a session?
Each healing session lasts for 60 to 90 minutes. Your first phone consultation can last up to 20 minutes.
What is the cost?
$100 for each integrative healing session. Discounts are offered for purchasing multiple sessions.
