Established in 2008, Sacred Space Yoga is an intimate studio with a friendly, supportive community and two very enlightened cats, Persephone and Iris. Yoga is the science of self-realization, and that is our primary focus. This is not a physical workout center, and we don’t offer competitive yoga. We help individuals who are open to alternative healing develop a stronger sense of self-control over their mind/body/spiritual health by providing them with yoga and energy healing techniques to enhance the quality of their lives. We offer a variety of classes, and although some of our courses are physically challenging, the emphasis is on the spiritual aspect of yoga. We are home to the longest-standing yoga teaching certification in Greeley and have been certifying other instructors since 2009. Please visit the teacher training page for more information. Yoga classes offered include vinyasa, yin, endurance, somatics, core/pilates, and meditation. New to the studio, energy medicine classes, and a new treatment room. These classes educate students about energy systems and how to work with energy to heal, empower, and thrive. Some modalities taught include Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Biofield work, Chakra work, Meridian tracing, and working with the five elements, as well as sedating and strengthening techniques. Our second group training in energy therapy certification will start in September 2025. Unlimited monthly and yearly memberships, punch cards, and student memberships are available.
